The Classic Flap’s quilted diamond — intersecting diagonals forming diamonds since 1955 — rendered in two scales of sequin: oversized pink flat-disc sequins filling each diamond cell as a dense reflective field, black micro-sequins drawing the grid lines in the same intersecting geometry as the original quilted stitching. A thick black micro-sequin border runs along all four edges of the bag face — the only framed sequin composition in the embellished collection, enclosing the quilted diamond field as a panel rather than a continuous covering. Grid lines and border frame form one coherent black linear system.
The pink tonal system is complete: oversized pink sequin exterior, smooth rose pink leather interior, pink leather interlace through the gunmetal chain — pink on the outside and pink on the inside. The gunmetal CC turn-lock and gunmetal chain relate to the black sequin grid and border as the dark hardware counterpart to the bag’s dark structural elements.
