Not sequins — crystals. Every other embellished bag in this collection uses flat-disc sequins: two-dimensional circles that catch light in a single plane and return it as a directional flash. This bag uses faceted rhinestone crystals — three-dimensional individually cut stones that produce multi-directional, continuously varying reflections from multiple faces simultaneously, never fully dark at any angle: the prismatic quality of cut crystal rather than the on-or-off flash of a flat sequin. The ground is black suede — matte, light-absorbing, napped, the maximum contrast surface for multicolour crystal embellishment, dark ground as visual silence against which each crystal reflection registers separately: night sky and stars.

The front face is a scattered star field: clear white, blue, rose pink, peridot green, and amber crystals distributed across the black suede in the organic, non-repeating arrangement of an actual deep-sky view. The back face carries two large starburst fireworks compositions — radial patterns of crystals emanating from central points in the expanding geometry of fireworks at maximum bloom: a white crystal burst at left, a blue crystal burst at centre-right, scattered individual crystals across the remaining ground as residual sparks. A gold CC turn-lock provides the single warm-metal accent at the flap centre; a gold chain with black leather interlace completes the carry system.
